HCI Distribution Ltd ("HCI", "we", "us", "our") is committed to making our website accessible to as many people as possible, including disabled users and those using assistive technologies. This statement explains our commitment, the standard we aim for, and how to tell us about any problems.

1. Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to browse our products, open a trade account and place an order. We treat accessibility as part of how we build and maintain our site, and we recognise our responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010 to avoid discrimination and to make reasonable adjustments for disabled customers.

2. Conformance target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our target standard. We work towards this through measures such as:

• structuring pages with proper headings and landmarks;
• supporting keyboard navigation and resizable text;
• writing descriptive links and form labels.

3. Limitations

We are a private retailer and are not subject to the public-sector accessibility regulations, but we have chosen WCAG 2.2 AA as a voluntary target. Parts of our site rely on third-party tools (for example our e-commerce platform and payment providers), and some content may not yet fully meet this standard. We are working to identify and fix issues over time.
